needs of the nation's power generators and energy providers. Knowing that hour after
hour, power engines need to perform their valuable work, we cannot compromise on the
quality of spare parts and electromechanical equipment that we provide to the country's
energy generators.

Day and night. The Philippines moves rapidly towards becoming a newly-industrialized
nation by the turn of the century. It takes power, a continuous surge of energy to keep the
momentum of progress going.
For more than a decade now, EDWARD MARCS PHILIPPINES, INC. has been instrumental in
the successful operations of the local power industry as the exclusive supplier of spare
parts for diesel engines of electric power companies in the Philippines.
The company was founded by ENGR. ANDRES S. CRUZ, who worked for NAPOCOR for 17
years. He moved on to become the Senior Manager of Tierra Factor Corporation,
representing the Brown Boveri Group for nearly 10 years.
Since 1984, our company has been assisting in the maintenance of the power plants of the
National Power Corporation all over the country.
Because of our company's prestige and dedication, we also act as a representative of
various foreign companies associated with electric, civil and waterworks projects.
Contracts for several projects related to power generation and distribution have been
awarded to some of the foreign principals represented by our company.
